The Monroe
WHat’s Different About The Monroe?
The most significant difference between The Monroe and The Sanford is the height! You asked for it – You got it! The Monroe is low enough to be placed on a flatbed and shipped to other parts of the state or country (whereas The Sanford has to travel by water).
The Monroe is larger (12 x 38 feet) and has a downstairs bedroom.
WHat’s The Same About The Monroe?
There are many similarities between The Monroe and The Sanford. Both models will be built with the same exacting standards with only the highest quality materials.
When Will It Launch?
We project the first Monroe Model to launch in the spring of 2018.
Is It For Sale?
We have currently given first right of refusal for our Spring 2018 Monroe. Please contact us if you would like to be placed on a waiting list if this one is not sold, or for future builds.
