Introducing The Simplify and The Robert William

The Sanford was the first model designed by Floating Bungalows. It’s features include an upstairs loft, cathedral ceiling, and traditional porch. Our first design was The Simplify (also known as our cute yellow one). The Simplify also includes a utility shed for fishing gear, kayaking equipment and washer and dryer. The Robert William was the second iteration of The Sanford model. While also featuring high ceilings, an upstairs loft, and traitional porch, this design eliminates the utility shed, and has additional storage space upstairs.

The Simplify

Livingroom

Relax in this stunning and functional living room with a cathedral ceiling, stained glass window, electric fireplace, hardwood floors and eight full size windows featuring French doors opening onto the front porch. The sofa opens to a full size bed, allowing this little Floating Bungalow to sleep four.

Kitchen

The kitchen features granite counter tops, tiled back splash, microwave, stainless steel 5-burner range, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator.

Bathroom

This is a boat bathroom like you’ve never experienced. It has a flush toilet, full size shower, linen closet, and large under the stairway storage cabinet.

Bedroom

Walk up the stairs to this dormered loft bedroom with cathedral ceiling, stained glass window, four windows, carpeting, and walk-in closet.

Back Porch & Utility Closet

The Floating Bungalow has a small porch on the stern that has a gas grill and access to a full utility room. In addition to storage, the self-contained utility room holds the electrical distribution panel, water manifold, washer/dryer, hot water heater, and propane locker.

Front Porch

Step right out of the living room into this relaxing haven. The front porch seats four and is the perfect place to read a book or look for manatees.

The Robert William

Livingroom

The Robert William Living Room features cork floors, cathedral ceiling, and a small home office area. Like The Simplify, it also features eight full size windows with French doors opening onto the front porch.
